Refund and Returns Policy | Big Chief Carts

We want you to be satisfied with your order from Big Chief Carts. This policy explains when returns and refunds are possible and how to request one. Because our products are consumable items, some restrictions apply for health and safety reasons.

Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non returnable items

Opened or used cartridges and devices
Items without their original sealed packaging
Products marked as final sale

How to start a return

Email us at Contact@thebigchiefcarts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the terms above.
