Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking where available.
Free shipping
Orders above 300 dollars qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges for smaller orders are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Discreet packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly with no product details on the outside of the parcel, protecting your privacy.
Delays, lost, or stolen parcels
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we will help investigate and resolve the issue.
